AUSTEMPERING
Austempering is a specialised process where in we get parts with bainetic microstructure. We have a plant which can austemper upto 5 Tons a day.
The Austempered parts would be scale free, plating friendly and with lesser distortion, compared to conventional heat treatment.

Fully automatic state of art Zinc Trivalent Plating Plant (Barrel type) with an output of 4000 kgs/day.
The trivalent plating has iridescent finish and could withstand salt spray life of minimum 192 hrs as per ASTM B117 standards.
